All summer long, the play Ne pas déranger will be presented as part of the l’île Saint-Bernard summer theatre.
France Pilotte, producer, comedian and resident of Châteauguay, is very pleased to be back on stage in the area for the fourth consecutive year to present her latest production.
"At the theatre, the audience is involved in our work, it’s our fourth wall." People are here to laugh and have fun, even more so during the summer theatre. Here, with the pleasant ambiance that the island offers, all the elements are brought together to spend a first rate evening," said the producer. "After seeing the play, you will not leave any smarter, but you will bust laughing." All the elements are together
A good ambiance, a bistro for an aperitif, a pleasant room and a dynamic troupe. These are the essential elements for a successful summer release. Pilotte has trained her team of lively comedians and they have the right chemistry. She brings together on stage Catherine Lachance, François Maranda, Jean Petitcler and Antoine Vézina to rock the room at the Pavillon de l’île.
Really funny story
The action takes place in a motel and the owner, Gérard, a grouch, lives up to his reputation.
With his hotel on the route of the future extension of Highway 28, he hopes for the chance to make some money with a proposal from the Ministry. It is then that events come up, one after the other. One thing for certain, from beginning to end, there will be no end to the fun.
The play is presented from June 29 to August 25 at the Pavilion de l’île. For information or to make a reservation www.ovation.qc.ca.
